1. Participation
All customers of Progolf Sotogrande who make a minimum purchase of 50 euros in a single transaction are eligible to participate in this raffle.
For every 50 euros spent in a single purchase, the customer will receive one ticket for the raffle. For example, a purchase of 100 euros grants 2 tickets, a purchase of 150 euros grants 3 tickets, and so on.
It is a mandatory requirement to fill out the registration form and to be subscribed to the Progolf Sotogrande newsletter.
Entries are cumulative and valid only for the raffle to be held on January 7th, 2025.
2. Date and Place of the Raffle
The raffle will take place on January 7th, 2025, at the Progolf Sotogrande store.
3. Prize Conditions
Only one prize will be awarded per customer. If a customer is selected more than once, only the highest-value prize will be awarded, and the remaining entries will be voided to allow other participants the chance to win.
Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Requirements to Claim the Prize
Winners must present their corresponding raffle ticket and a valid ID to claim their prize.
The deadline to claim the prize is 30 days from the date of the raffle.
5. General Considerations
Participation in the raffle implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined in these rules.
Progolf Sotogrande reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances or any other justified reason, with prompt notification to participants.
6. Publication of Winners
The names of the winners will be published on Progolf Sotogrande website and social media on the day of the raffle or a later date.
Progolf Sotogrande will contact each winner individually via email, phone, or WhatsApp.
7. Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be handled in compliance with applicable data protection regulations and used exclusively for the purposes of this raffle.
8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Participation in this raffle implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any violation of these rules will result in the exclusion of the participant.
